Her goal is to create 100 millionaires within her team. Being an Independent agent before working on the Papasan team I learned all the growing pains the hard way. The main reason I love working with the Papasan Properties Group is because of their growth mindset and their support. I've worked with a few Real Estate companies and I've never felt so supported and at home with this team. As we all know, real estate never stops, so it's important that when I am away, there is a team that is always available to show my clients, work on a contract, or open a door for a vendor during inspections. We work together to help our clients achieve their goals. I can't imagine trying to do all of the work Realtors do all by myself! On the Papasan Team we have an admin staff that is in the office 9-5 M-F, additional agents who are available on weekends, a marketing director for our clients who need to sell, and a closing coordinator so that all our contracts get to the closing table! In addition to all the support, I am always challenged to grow myself by our masterminding, our book clubs and the countless other venues in which we focus on our growth. Being a part of this team has changed me so much and it's given me the space to work on myself while also having the career I want.
